Hertzel Kuriel

Role

Hertzel is Kineo Israel's founder and managing partner. Hertzel is responsible for the overall management of Kineo Israel and is fanatical about quality service and client experience. Hertzel has more than 12 years of experience as an executive in e-learning, product management and project management.

Career

Hertzel was formerly a Vice President of Client Service and Operations at Tegrity, a Silicon Valley, CA based e-learning solution provider where he worked for over 8 years and helped to grow company's client base. During his tenure at Tegrity, Hertzel has managed the implementation and delivery of Tegrity's e-learning solutions to leading US universities, colleges and business organizations. Prior to this, Hertzel worked at Ness Technologies, one of Israel's leading IT solution provider in various managerial roles, serving leading Israeli organizations.

Sharona Katz

Role

Sharona is a Project Manager and a Solution Consultant at Kineo Israel. Her role is to work closely with clients and assure that Kineo Israel's solutions meet their expectations. She is also an account manager for Kineo's clients in Israel, looking after their best interest and fostering ongoing business relationship.

Career

Sharona has a solid background as a learning designer working for leading telecommunication organizations in Israel such as Orange and Pelephone, where she first designed and developed learning programs for new employees, sales and services teams and company clients. Sharona had lead successfully complex learning technology implementation projects that reached thousands of employees, before joining Kineo Israel in 2010.

Michelle Weisbeker

Role

Michelle is the Creative Director at Kineo Israel. Her role is to oversee the creative team in Israel and responsible for the delivery of the highest learning experience in terms of visuals and interactions. Michelle works closely with the project and account managers to assure that clients expectations are met.

Career

Michelle has more than 10 years of experience in interactive, web, animation and user interface design. Michelle holds a bachelors degree from the prestigious Bezalel Academy of Arts and Design, majoring in Interactive and Visual Communications. Prior joining Kineo Israel, Michelle worked at Pelephone, where she worked for four years as an e-learning designer.

Amir Elion

Role

Amir is Director of Learning Solutions at Kineo Israel. His role is to help Kineo's clients plan and execute learning solutions and projects that support their business and organizational goals. Amir has more than 15 years of experience in learning, leadership and organizational development, e-learning projects and in systematic innovation.

Career

Amir has managed Learning and Development programs at Motorola and Teva Pharmaceuticals. In these roles he led a variety of professional and leadership training programs. He also led major projects including Employee Performance Evaluation, new employee on-boarding, a Moodle-based company learning portal, OJT learning processes and a handful of Instructional Design projects. Before that Amir was Manager of Training at ZOOZ consulting, where he developed and facilitated dozens of Systematic Innovation and Management Skills workshops. Prior to this, Amir worked at the Brancoweiss Institute and at Eshcolot Group as a Training Manager and Training Development Manager - developing unique programs for Training Through Board Games. Amir holds a Masters Degree in Organizational Studies, and a Bachelors degree in Philosophy and General Studies. He is also an active member of the Israeli learning community and has led several activities in annual National Learning conferences.
